![]() ![]() I read that they changed prone to only work once per spell (in the old version, prone will be applied again if the level 1 mage spell did not time out yet) in the new patch so I am not sure how you can chain prone the boss, but it is one prone per spell, so you can still do it, but not sure.Įdit: Remember to kill the priest first so they don't heal the dragon!Įdit 2: I forgot to mention, but my ranger, mage, druid, and priest had simple clothing so they have the fastest recovery speed.1 XVT THE PANTHER ANIMALS played an important part in the literature of the Middle Ages, making their appearance in fable, in beast epic, and in the Physiologus or Bestiary. I rather do slow and some damage than quick and no damage at all.Īt the end, I used about 1/3 of my spell pools from my party and they all had about 80% hp (thanks to priest quick heal spells). and almost all status affecting spells works on him.Īlso, have high damaging weapons, the slowers one tend to do more damage. In total, the dragon attacked about 4 times because prone is really overpowered and the dragon have low resist to status effects for some odd reason. Luxury spells are any spells that summons a minion as they can tank for you (my bear was my sacrifice) and raw damage spells, but keep up the status effects. it should be enough to kill them after a while since you have a druid, mage, and priest aoeing the dragon. When his little minions comes to him, use aoe that damages and also weakens, sickens, etc. Once you have a long term prone on him, use any spells that weakens, sickens, dazes, blinds, chills, petrifies (I never got him petrified yet), etc. Use druid lvl 5 stone spell to quick prone the dragon if you messed up on your cc timing. Then use the mage spell that lower defense, will, fort, and/ or reflex. Ok boss killing strategy: use mage skills to prone the dragon use the call for slumber if you have it as it is a long term prone. My ranger had a fine arbalest and does about 45-68 final damage on normal enemies. Warning, my ranger has offensive talents and passives so my damage is quite high with 18 might and 20 dex. I just had the premade character and did not min/max new adventurers for the fight. I wanted a mixed party for my play through so I had a paladin, fighter, mage, druid, ranger (me), and priest. I was level 11 with gear I found and one or two class rings from the market and no one died in my party except my bear.
